As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you provide program directorship for large and highly complex enterprise-wide initiatives. You distill such initiatives to shape organizational goals and create tactical program management structure to mobilize their delivery. You create cross functional collaboration mechanisms to evolve the delivery strategy which could entail multiple bodies of work that could span years. You develop a keen understanding of the current state of the technology systems and can articulate the essential capabilities needed to achieve the required enterprise goals. You monitor programs and communicate the health of such large initiatives at all leadership levels within the enterprise. You are knowledgeable on the product model and have experience in working in agile methodologies. You develop mechanisms to ensure the product visions, roadmaps and priorities are aligned to the enterprise objectives you oversee. You amplify your impact by coaching and mentoring an extended team of technical program managers and constantly share program/project process frameworks, tools and best practices that can be widely applied. You are a champion for the technical program management function within a large product-oriented enterprise and have a strong influence in developing talent. You will create and evolve the technical delivery strategy for large enterprise-wide initiatives, partner with product leadership to align product vision with enterprise goals, organize large enterprise-wide initiatives into bodies of work which can be independently managed, mobilize the strategy by creating delivery plans that align product schedules and dependencies, deliver results by driving execution of programs spanning multiple organizations from design to rollout, develop communication mechanisms to inform the health of enterprise-wide initiatives to all levels of leadership, coach and mentor an extended team of Technical Program managers and continuously improve and scale the organization by sharing program/project process frameworks, tools, and best practices.

About You:
  • 4-year degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering industry with 5+ years' experience technical program management
  • 2+ years' experience in working in Agile Methodologies
  • Experience in driving enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Track record of complex and creative problem solving, relationship management, and the desire to create and build new processes
  • Good understanding of microservices-based architectures
