POSITION SUMMARY

Provide administrative and clerical support for the Exmark Customer Service department, including the Director, Managers, and Specialists. Basic understanding of the manufacturing industry. Proficient in MS Office applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for, but not limited to: Customer service administration, answering inbound customer calls, data entry, copying, mail and voicemail distribution, schedule appointments, maintain calendars, front office phone support.

Strong data entry and system navigation skills required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Salesforce experience a plus.

Administer Service School activities; travel and lodging arrangements; login/passwords, report generation, certificate of completion for Exmark University training.

Coordinate all field service email and mailings as directed by Customer Service Director and Managers, including Dealer Advisories, Service Bulletins, and other correspondence.

Coordinate registrations: registration resets, inquiries from distributors and dealers, handles MyExmark registration Salesforce cases, and other registration related issues.

Maintain customer list, letters, envelopes, printing, stuffing, mailing.

Maintain and update digital manual library.

Assist in maintaining Exmark’s electronic communication via the Service App, Dealer Extranet, and other communication formats.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

SPECIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

Associates degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Internal applicant qualifications are based on tenure with Exmark gaining experience and knowledge related to Exmark’s internal departments, systems, products, and customer base.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of Exmark systems and products.
