Recruiter - Recruitment Marketing and Campus Recruiting

Build community and campus relationships. Develop and execute all high school, college, and Co-op, intern programming.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Support company talent acquisition strategies in alignment with the business objectives of The Toro Company (TTC).
Research, recommend, plan, and implement recruitment marketing strategies that drive application traffic.
Develop and execute both paid and organic recruitment marketing campaigns including but not limited to social media, text, radio, and print.
Monitor, track, and analyze metrics and success of recruitment marketing strategies and platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Make data-informed decisions and recommendations.
Design, plan and represent TTC at recruiting events including but not limited to job fairs, walk-in hiring events, and campus recruiting events.
Collaborate with TA leaders, recruiters and vendors to make recommendations for career site. Oversee and implement changes and updates.
Act as system administrator for third-party recruiting vendors and technologies. Ensure all technologies are working effectively and monitor support tickets through to completion.
Develop college employment marketing strategies that support hiring of all TTC positions. Partner with director, talent acquisition, HR business leaders and talent acquisition coordinator to establish college recruiting and intern objectives and programs.
In collaboration with HR business leaders and hiring managers, identify target schools and disciplines. Establish relationships with career offices, deans and instructors in identified disciplines.
Actively engage in recruiting activities aimed at reaching a diverse pool of candidates including but not limited to women, minorities, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
Evaluate candidates through phone screens and behavioral-based interviews.
Effectively and efficiently prioritize requisition loads; work independently to fill positions in a responsive and timely manner
Complete other duties and projects as assigned or apparent.
Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of recruiting and/or recruitment marketing experience
In-depth knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal leaders, hiring managers and HR partners.
Demonstrated proficiency with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools.
Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication, and presentation skills
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws with particular focus on talent acquisition
Other Job-Related Components:
Position is based at our TTC facility in Bloomington, MN. May work fully remote.
This position may require up to 25% travel to on-site job fairs and college recruiting events throughout the year.
