Able to independently and effectively model and evaluate a variety of project structures (e.g., different financing sources, different subsidy sources, different construction programs, etc.).\u0026nbsp; .\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eNegotiate project acquisition agreements with minimal oversight from Director.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWork with public agency staff to assure timely public review and approval including environmental. entitlement and other required project reviews.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWith minimal assistance from the Director, secure financing for predevelopment, construction, and permanent financing from public and/or public sources.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePrepare written report materials and grant and financing applications, and makes presentations before public bodies and community groups.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWork with Property Management and CommonBond Construction Management staff to ensure customary and unique property management requirements are included in architect\u0026rsquo;s and general contractor\u0026rsquo;s plans.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWork with Advantage Services to identify feasibility of on-site service programs and identify project-related sources of necessary funding (i.e., cash flow, rent-related services subsidy).\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAssist Construction Management as needed in oversight of design and construction management to ensure attention is given to special-users\u0027 needs, CommonBond standards, project budget, timelines, and lender/investor requirements.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eEstablish and manage project budgets to achieve projected financial objectives, including tracking costs, and analyzing and resolving budget shortfalls.
