Use your talents and experience with advanced proficiency on specific subject matters to apply established standards, practices and processes, lead projects within your department, and participate in large projects across the enterprise. Demonstrate self-direction, detailed problem solving, independent judgment and decision making in order to drive results for Store Operations.

As a Sr. Business Partner in Experiential Operations - Mens/Kids/Newborn, Infant, Toddler, you will drive an improved guest experience and profitable sales by driving operational improvements, improving processes and being a voice of the guest and store team members and support the implementation of key priorities across the team to achieve the defined outcomes. You will build strong partnerships to help you influence and drive impact to business strategies, and will collaborate with cross-functional partners across Merchandising, Store Operations, Marketing, etc. to solve defined business problems, develop new tools, training and resources, and support innovation by building/refining store processes. You'll collaborate with leaders, peers, and business owners to develop content, use store knowledge and give feedback where needed, and will develop a feedback loop with store leaders to gain clarity on opportunities within your areas of accountability. You will own, support, and/or participate in all aspects of project management and be accountable to ensure all project deadlines are met. You will lead or support efforts to reduce store expense, simplify processes, and improve team member and guest experience. You will be a key partner and responsible for identifying trends, reviewing best practices, and collecting data and insights to inform recommendations for Store Operations leaders, teams, and partners. You will be a key resource to store leaders through your active engagement in-stores and ability to apply store knowledge, through store visits and a variety of communication channels. As part of this role, you will be required to proactively understand, identify, and solve opportunities with operations and guest experience in store. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

About You:
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a specialty retail or operations environment with an understanding of apparel retail operations
  • Project and process management/ownership experience
  • Ability to establish and maintain cross-functional working relationships at multiple levels
  • Experience influencing key business partners and senior leadership, without authority
  • Ability to connect projects and concepts across teams to create an informed perspective
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems with limited direction
  • Strong written, verbal, and conflict management skills
  • Microsoft Office proficient
