Work Location: Work from home, in the office or hybrid (in the office 3 or more days per week)

Position Description

This position is responsible to lead the oversight of CCO delegated services. Design, build, and maintain CCO vendor and delegate contact directory, scorecards, and delegate process documentation. Monitor and report on compliance. Recommend process improvements.

• Collaborate with CCO leaders and staff to provide recommendations for changes to vendor measurements and processes.

• Develop and maintain repository of vendor and delegate process documentation.

• Facilitate regular vendor and delegate meetings. Document and distribute meeting minutes. Follow up on agreed-upon actions.

• Coordinate key project activities. Drive project efforts and facilitate project-related meetings. Partner with upstream and downstream stakeholders to ensure seamless and predictable outcomes.

• Lead vendor monitoring activities within CCO. Support the Vendor Management department's delegate and vendor audit and monitoring activities.

• Design, develop and maintain CCO vendor and delegate contact directory and vendor scorecards.

• Collaborate with CCO Audit & Compliance Team to document and maintain delegate and vendor SOX controls and audit findings.

• Analyze vendor incidents in order to identify and recommend process improvements.

• Develop reports and dashboards that effectively communicate service level performance of both internal and delegated functions.

• Other projects and duties as assigned.


Bachelor's degree in Business preferred; demonstrated work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Required Experience

Three years of healthcare industry experience. Proven written and verbal communication skills. Facilitate and meeting management skills.

Preferred Experience

Vendor and/or delegate relationship management experience. Experience with healthcare payer operations (Claims, Customer Service, and/or Billing). Business process documentation and improvement expertise. Experience with service level reporting and dashboards.
