Work Location: In the office or hybrid (in the office 3 or more days per week)

Position Description

This position is responsible for being the first point of contact for the HR department and serve in a support role for a variety of functions. Maintain HR Benefits/Solutions system for new hires and current employees, as well as ensuring compliance with new hire paperwork and I-9 verifications.

• Serve as first point of contact for the department by greeting employees as they enter HR. Assist with maintaining filing, courier requests, and records retention.

• Assist with recruitment related needs; sending new hire packets and calendar appointments, entering new hire information into ADP, etc.

• Coordinate new hire process; track new hire and benefit paperwork. Check Medicare Sanction list, license verification, and ensure appropriate documentation is maintained in personnel files.

• Conduct new hire benefit orientation bi-weekly and answer questions.

• Ensure I9 compliance; monthly compliance for licensure and Medicare/OIG sanction.

• Collaborate with HR leaders, recruitment team and IT to ensure equipment is returned timely for all terminations.

• Maintain HR Benefits/Solutions system (ADP). Ensure accurate and timely entry of information; changes in position, compensation, etc. Assist with troubleshooting employee issues and processing password resets.

• Assist with updating and maintenance of HR SharePoint site(s). Ensure documents and content are accurate and current.

• Other projects and duties as assigned.


Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business; demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Required Experience

One year experience with HRIS systems. Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with ADP.
