As a Senior Roundel Research Analyst, you will tell the story of our marketing strategies in partnership with some of the world's most recognized brands. The Research team will leverage quantitative and qualitative research methods to unlock a deeper understanding of our business and our guest. In doing so, we will elevate the total performance of Roundel across categories, and provide our internal and external partners with valuable learnings through a variety of key deliverables including learning plans, case studies, and guest intercepts. This role will also create new metrics and innovative new capabilities that will add value to our clients and the Roundel team. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Research. About you:

· Four-year degree or equivalent experience

· 4+ years of relevant experience

· Strong analytical, decision-making, project management, and communication skills

· Experience with planning, development and analysis of primary quantitative research

· Strong understanding of how to isolate and assess key drivers of media performance using a variety of methods from mix modeling to experimentation.

· Experience developing new capabilities- from ideation to implementation

· Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate findings from data and research to focus on the critical issues and actionable opportunities

· Ability to notice patterns within large datasets using statistical methods.

· Excellent (spoken/presentation and written) communication skills

· Methodical, well-organized, and detail-oriented

· Genuine curiosity with how things work; motivated, self-starter

· Experience with third-party research tools such as Kantar, Mintel, Nielsen, and IRI

· Proficient in SQL, R, Python.

This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is ($62,500) to ($112,500).
