As a Program Owner - Property Management on the Fixtures, Finishes, and Equipment team within Service Operations you will support equipment is stores from an analytical, process, and project perspective; in addition to new equipment strategies that are being implemented as Target continues to accelerate growth strategies. A core focus of this role will be supporting Equipment Control (TGT's device management program in stores) from an analysis and reporting perspective to ensure the right visibility and metrics are in place to provide the needed insights into store devices (handheld devices, wireless printers, etc.). In supporting the Equipment Control program, you will play a key role in providing program level support to the Field Teams as new resources are launched, and the program continues to evolve as stores become more reliant on new and heightened device usage. In addition, this role will provide data analyst support across the broader series of categories that span the FFE team. Data analysis can range from financial, level of service, to misc. programmatic trends. In leveraging data and your insights, you'll uncover trends and issues enabling you to drive a continuous improvement mindset to further improve the in-store experience and resiliency of devices and other equipment. You'll cultivate and implement tools and reporting to effectively monitor and measure performance, identifying where additional focus is needed to drive the desired business results. About you:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-4 years business experience
  • Ability to manage projects, set timeliness and meet deadlines
  • Desire to improve processes through technology and make programs more efficient
  • Strong analytical, financial, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Aptitude and interest to learn about store devices and equipment, along with how it is leveraged and maintained in Stores (prior device or equipment experience is not required)
  • Strong communicator that can collaborate and clarify to manage and set clear expectations
  • Ability to maximize relationships team player/inspires others/takes partners across the organization and with outside vendors
  • Advanced computer skills: SmartSheets, Domo, GreenField, R, Python, SQL, etc.
