Working within Talent Acquisition, your mission will be to attract new talent and launch people in roles that let them shine. Our recruiters accompany candidates along the new team member journey, from the very first engagement to day one on the job, and beyond. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll act as a brand ambassador in the employer marketplace, telling the story of Target as a top choice in a sea of other places to work, and showing candidates what it's really like to work somewhere they already love.

As a Director of Enterprise Campus Talent Acquisition (TA), you will lead and develop a matrixed team of Enterprise Campus Recruiters responsible for hiring qualified candidates who oversee enterprise early career talent programs and initiatives. You will act as the primary partner with Senior HR and business leadership to develop and grow enterprise early career talent strategies, leveraging and applying broad best practices and stay balanced with unique business needs. You will ensure you and your team understand each leader's business and are able to proactively identify future talent needs. You will create a data first culture within your team ensuring they leverage data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of their recruiting strategies and make improvements as necessary. You will lead and oversee teams driving programs and enterprise talent outcomes such as our Enterprise Internship Program, large D&I focus and impact, and HBCU engagement. You will develop strong external network of partners and market insights to elevate approach and drive new and innovative ways to establish Target as a talent destination. You will partner with your field and HQ peers to share learnings and challenges that you encounter in order to improve as a total enterprise Talent Acquisition team. Furthermore, you will maintain a pulse on new trends and technology within the field of campus recruiting.

About you:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience

• 7+ years of talent acquisition experience

• Previous experience leading and developing a team

• Effective critical thinking and problem solving skills

• Experience creating and implementing a Recruitment strategy

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate well with all levels in the organization

This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $113,800k to $204,900k. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
