The HR Payroll Admin is an integral member of the HR organization with a key role in the delivery of high quality customer service to business leaders, managers and employees, as well as the HR community.


Responsible for the end to end processing of US multi-company, multi-state payrolls. Partner with HR Services, HR Leaders, and Centers of Excellence to design, develop and implement scalable processes and solutions that ensure an excellent customer experience.

  • Focus on continuous improvement, ongoing innovations, best practices, and standardization

Driving Productivity Operational Excellence: 80% focus

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of US payrolls

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of Canadian monthly payroll

  • Assist with the processing of Spain and France payrolls

  • Understand federal and state tax requirements

  • Ensure legal deductions are set up and withheld via Workday payroll

  • Pull in and finalize Kronos time keeping for US production workers

  • Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements

  • Process off cycles checks when required

  • Respond to escalated customer payroll / time inquiries in a timely fashion

  • Create and run audit reports

  • Support all internal and external audits

  • Test system enhancements and upgrades including regression testing if needed

  • Create / update payroll process and resource documents

  • Work within ADP Smart Compliance- Wage payments, Wage garnishments & Wisely Now

  • Empower employees through training and support to help themselves


  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 3+ years of Payroll experience preferred but not required

  • FPC or CPP certification preferred

  • Workday, ADP Smart Compliance & Kronos experience strongly preferred

  • MS Office experience including Excel required

  • Organization, interpersonal, writing skills required

  • Attention to detail, high integrity and sound judgement required

  • Team player, continuous improvement focus and analytical skills
