The University of Wisconsin-Stout Counseling Center is seeking a qualified individual to apply for an Associate Director position. This position will also be responsible for coordinating equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts in the Counseling Center. This position is a 100% appointment with full benefits. The individual hired will join a positive, energetic work environment with staff who are committed to promoting the mental health of our students and to ongoing cultural self-awareness and improvement.

We seek a candidate who demonstrates a clear interest in and commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion practices within their clinical practice and supervision work. This position will be responsible for providing culturally informed services, including using best practices and evidenced-based care, to ensure a high quality of care for all students.
