Description:
As a Product Designer or Accessibility Consultant, you'll support Target's purpose to help all families discover the joy of everyday life by contributing to the designs across Target.com, Target apps, and internal solutions that serve our team members. You will support the full design process, from discovery and testing to handoff and quality assurance. You will partner and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of Product designers, Content Designers, engineers, product managers, QA staff, accessibility consultants, data analysts, and UX researchers.

• Manage and present a project on an assigned product within our digital organization.
• Assist with research and identify opportunities with existing digital products
• Collaborate with Product managers, Engineering, Business partners and many other experts from across our digital organization.
• Receive support and mentorship from experienced team members and partner with a manager on professional development.
• Become eligible for a full-time position.

About you:

• Current student working towards a 4-year degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related fie with strong academic performance (3.0 GPA or above) - Junior in standing (graduating between December 2022 and August 2023).
• Awareness of data and research methodologies and ability to partner with research experts
• Curiosity and experience synthesizing data and creating hypotheses
• Good organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter and natural leader with ability to communicate well and motivate others
