Hours: Mon-Thurs 5am-3:30pm
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Read information from blueprints.
Set up, adjust, and operate production equipment while monitoring the performance of the machine and carrying out operations in proper sequence
Loading plates with a crane on an off the table
Set up fixtures, mount parts in fixtures/components, and perform mechanical assembly using hand and air tools (wrenches, torque wrenches, impact wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, etc.)
Use a computer to check the location, inventory, and routing of parts and maintain production records
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Familiar with and have basic experience using mechanical repair and assembly tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
Have appropriate reading, clerical, and basic math skills including understanding written instructions, maintaining production records, and calculating sums, differences, and fractions
Experience or training in machining, mechanical repair, or metal working machinery operation would be beneficial

The company began as Toro Motor Co., an engine supplier for Bull Tractor Co., and survived the tumultuous years of World War I by building steam engines to support the war effort.
