Beyond our world-class contact centers, there are many important challenges to be met in other FRS teams like the FRS Operations and Product Teams, which plays at the intersections of process and technology, and Contact Center Support Services (SCSO) which develops comprehensive service delivery strategies for our contact centers. FRS Product Design manages and grows loyalty, frequency and other marketing programs for all Payment Cards (REDcard, GiftCard). Our Bank Program and included credit risk and compliance functions manage Merchandise Finance, Capital Finance, Expense Management and Financial Goals and Forecasts. And the FRS Controller heads up FRS Accounting and Financial Operations, including Accounting and Control, Retail Bankcard Services, Target Card Services, Fraud Prevention & Dispute Resolution.

As a Sr. Project Manager, your primary duties will be to provide project management leadership for projects related to REDcard Credit Operations. You will be responsible for successful management and implementation of new projects, initiatives and process improvements to support department strategies, FRS initiatives, and quality and compliance management. You will work with the support of department leaders, support teams and partners to coordinate plans, schedules, resources, communications, trainings and updates related to projects. You will facilitate meetings and necessary follow-up with key interface areas. You will initiate reporting and/or control processes to measure and sustain project success. You will ensure documentation related to projects are in place and governance is established. You will work with department leaders, support teams and partners to analyze, recommend, and implement systems enhancements and technology innovations for improved efficiency and effectiveness. You will established strong partner relationships between all areas of FRS, Stores and other key pyramids to anticipate and plan for initiatives and programs affecting REDcard Credit Operations. Job duties may change based on business need.

This role will be a flex for your day which may require some in office work at one of our HQ campuses in Brooklyn Park MN, Tempe AZ or Sioux Falls SD.

About you:
  • 2- 4 years of project management or leadership experience
  • Experience in Contact Center Operations environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, able to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of management
  • Strong critical thinking, strategic planning and negotiating skills
  • Organized and efficient in work processes
  • Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong team and partner management skills and ability to manage expectations
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
