Cerenity Senior Care of Humboldt is a 3 star facility looking for a Clinical Manager to take us to the next level in providing exceptional care to a unique population of residents. We have a strong leadership team in place and lots of corporate clinical support in order to ensure the person in this role is set up for success. This position will start at 80k or higher depending on experience and includes very generous paid time off benefits of five weeks per year (25 days!). We value work life balance and expect the person stepping into this role will find that they are able to leave work at work when they head home (most days!). We have an excellent DON and Administrator who will support and serve as back up to the Clinical Manager position.

Our Clinical Manager is responsible for managing a unit within the community and providing leadership to the assigned team. As our Clinical Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the care that is provided to our residents to make sure they feel safe and at home.


Responsibilities
  • The Clinical Manager coordinates the admission, care plan, and discharge process while leading a team to excellence.
  • The Clinical Manager communicates with the therapy department when necessary and ensures changes to the care plan are updated timely.

Qualifications
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing.
  • Good managerial skills and aptitude.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in long term care or health care.
