As an Ecommerce Sample Producer, you will independently own assigned complex business/ campaign categories by managing the lifecycle of the product needs for item level, video and still production. You are accountable to understand merchant product priorities, inventory analytics, proactively define and solve for conflicting sample needs and implement creative solutions to ensure production runs seamlessly. It is your role to enable connectivity across channels in relation to product being shared with shoots leveraging the same samples/product priorities. On set you will be the central resource for all product related information, questions and issues for key partners such as the stylist. You will collaborate with the Creative Producer, Photo Producer, Ops Producer and Warehouse Lead on project execution clearly communicating the status of product and potential issues.

Pre-shoot you will attend appropriate project meetings for assigned business areas. This includes pre-pros, product reviews and Kick Off meetings. You will be accountable to collect pertinent information, confirm timing/location, and gather samples. Make note of missing samples and other items that require follow up. Proactively identify risks and builds contingency plans for product that is late or won't be arriving. The role will require you to be responsible for tracking samples, on set sample organization and logistics throughout the duration of each project.

On-set support is required during shoot to perform as the product knowledge expert. Collaborating directly with Creative, Stylist, and workshop teams to determine and enforce product usage guidelines. During the shoot you will ensure connection back to shopability, and strengthening the guest experience. Following the shoot, the Sample Producer will work with TII partners to verify all images have made it into pipeline and communicating alternate image information to IDS partners. Post production requirements are to ensure all samples are returned to Warehouse following best practices. Over time we expect the Sample Producer to build category/business capabilities, institutional knowledge, and strong partnerships. Lastly you will be responsible for ongoing process assessments and improvements.

About you:
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, drive results, demonstrate flexibility and adapt to change
  • Willing to travel - on set support only. Job would be in office most of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs.
