Overview:

The HR Payroll Analyst is an integral member of the HR organization with a key role in the delivery of high quality customer service to business leaders, managers and employees, as well as the HR community.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the end to end processing of US multi-company, multi-state payrolls. Partner with HR Services, HR Leaders, and Centers of Excellence to design, develop and implement scalable processes and solutions that ensure an excellent customer experience.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of US weekly, biweekly and off cycle payrolls, monthly Canadian payroll, and assist with the processing of Spain and France payroll.

  • Understand federal and state tax requirements and work within ADP Smart Compliance- Wage payments, Wage garnishments & Wisely Now

  • Pull in and finalize Kronos time keeping for US production workers, run payroll audits, and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements

  • Support all internal and external audits and process payroll related GL account reconciliations

  • Focus on continuous improvement, ongoing innovations, best practices, and standardization, Create / update payroll process and resource documents, and test system enhancements and upgrades including regression testing if needed

Job Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 3+ years of Payroll / Accounting experience required

  • FPC or CPP certification preferred

  • Workday, ADP Smart Compliance & Kronos experience strongly preferred

  • MS Office experience including Excel required

  • Organization, interpersonal, writing skills required

  • Attention to detail, high integrity and sound judgement required

  • Team player, continuous improvement focus and analytical skills
