The Tugger performs a range of duties related to the receiving, storing, movement, and order pulling of product and materials in a timely and accurate manner according to day-to-day schedule adherence of the site within Safety & Quality standards.


  • Under the direction of the Warehouse/Logistics Manager/Lead, performs a wide range of duties related to the receiving, storing, movement, and order pulling of product and materials in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work is performed within a warehousing environment and in support of production operations using forklift and pallet-jack equipment.
  • Performs shrink-wrap operations and assist in maintaining clean environment.
  • Must be proficient in forklift operation (certification a must).
  • Maintain high level of cleanliness and order through work areas according to 5s standards.
  • Practice all Health and Safety procedures, policies and practices.
  • Other duties may be assigned and not all duties listed might be assigned.


  • High School Degree/GED is required.


  • Minimum 1-3 years related operator experience is preferred.


  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Attention to detail.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Requires frequent lifting of 60 lbs. department to ensure finished goods meet specifications.
  • Good Attendance and Accountability.
  • Promotes a positive attitude towards Safety.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as within a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Availability to work overtime and off shifts when required.
  • Ability to promote a professional work environment with a focus on respect and trust.
  • Good Knowledge of Company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Must have excellent follow-up skills in order to thoroughly complete assigned tasks.
