The Financial and Retail Services (FRS) organization is close to the action-whether with guests or Target team members. FRS comprises several key and high-visibility areas that elevate and nurture Target's distinctive reputation including: guest and team member service centers empowered by comprehensive service delivery strategies; payment product design programs that manage and grow loyalty, frequency and other marketing programs for all payment capabilities (RedCard, third party cards, gift cards, etc.); and bank program and included credit risk and compliance functions, along with accounting and financial operations and fraud prevention. As Lead FRS Strategic Planning and Alignment, you will work alongside the FRS leadership team to align and execute on a strategic roadmap encompassing service center and payment capabilities to further Target's enterprise strategy. You will facilitate and support the FRS planning and prioritization process, including: facilitating monthly routines and planning sessions to refine and focus FRS strategy in alignment with the enterprise in collaboration with all FRS Leaders. You will build relationships and share and solicit insights to clarify and position FRS strategies and identify areas of resource constraint to share back with FRS Sr Leadership to support prioritization conversations. You will foster an outcome-focused prioritization environment to celebrate progress, proactively identify risks and ensure delivery of FRS top priorities.

This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $69,200 to $124,500.
