As a Lead HR Specialist you will be a key partner for HR business partners, leadership and a valuable resource for team members. Whether through onboarding, performance management or giving leaders and team members the guidance that they need to be successful, you will be a knowledgeable and committed resource.   • Support and execute core HR processes, policies and procedures including escalated HR and Workday support, data analysis, HR cyclical process support and execution, and business client facing projects.
  • Point of contact for HR Business Partners and business client group, supported by partnering with HR Center of Excellence (payroll, Human Resources Operations Center (HROC), benefits, compensation, talent management, diversity & inclusion) and administrative assistance to ensure team member and leader escalated inquiries are handled and resolved in a timely manner
  • Plan and deliver HR cyclical and operational programs which may include: Talent Planning, Annual Pay and Performance Process, Team Voice survey, Target Welcome or other processes as assigned
  • Ensure compliance and integrity of team member data and reporting through accurate and timely keying of a team member's life cycle in Workday by partnering with the business and our HR center of excellence teams
  • Provide support and coordination of ongoing talent management and organizational resource planning processes including report creation, talent data analysis, team member data updates and maintenance in Workday, and creation of tools to facilitate planning discussions

About you:
  • Two to four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, SharePoint and other web-based tools
  • Displays strong prioritizing, organization, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong guest service orientation and ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with confidential information
