Description:
About Us:

Target is an iconic brand, a Fortune 50 company, and one of America's leading retailers.

Target as a tech company? Absolutely. Target Tech is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse that fuels Target's passion and commitment to cutting-edge innovation. We anchor every facet of one of the world's best-loved retailers with a strong technology framework that relies on the latest tools and technologies-and the brightest people-to deliver incredible value to guests online and in stores. Target Tech is on a mission to offer the systems, tools, and support that guests and team members need and deserve. Our high-performing teams balance independence with collaboration, and we pride ourselves on being versatile, agile, and creative. We drive industry-leading technologies in support of every angle of the business and help ensure that Target operates smoothly, securely, and reliably from the inside out.

The coaching team exists to make Target more effective, efficient, and joyful by partnering with teams and leaders to educate, connect, and coach the enterprise as One Team. We commit to making everyone who engages with us measurably better.

As part of the Ryse coaching team, you will coach, facilitate, train, and mentor a variety of individuals, leaders, and teams in ongoing improvement. You will also work with our clients to help define, deliver, and learn from immersive events of varying duration. Sometimes this will be a single scrum team improving how they define and deliver software, or maybe you'll engage with a multi-team product group working on a customer experience or operational opportunity. One week you may facilitate a group of leaders to alignment, and the next week you'll direct a workshop that inspires people to new ways of thinking and working. We work across diverse roles, lines of business, and at all levels of the organization, including, at times, several levels upward. You will help improve coaching services and practices as part of a team, a network, and a movement towards overall Target Agility. Ultimately, your work will make Target a more joyful place for our guests, team members, communities, and shareholders - and we can't wait to have you join us!
