MANAGER

Red Wing Shoe Company, Inc. is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Manager at our offices in Red Wing, MN. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Quality Assurance Analysts and Quality Assurance Automation Engineers who develop test methods, processes, and plans, manage and execute regression test suites, and evaluate and validate IT initiatives to identify issues in software or services. This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience. Must also have 12 months of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) working with ERP and SAP modules including SD (Sales and Distribution), CCS (Customer Care Service), FICO (Finance and Controlling), MM (Material Management), PS {Project Systems), and SFDC (Sales Force.Com); (2) working with AP Test Management including estimation, test planning, test coordination and reporting (Test Metrics), and resource planning; (3) experience in TMMi test Framework implementation; (4) implementing test tools including HP Quality Center, ALM, Load Runner, Work Soft, Bugzilla, QTP, Rational, Share Point, Jira, Azur Devops, and SAP TAO; (5) utilizing project management systems tools (MS Projects) and techniques to define and drive continuous improvement and SDLC Software Development life cycle; and (6) working on projects involving development and implementation of tests criteria and best practices for large development projects to ensure compliance with the company software testing standards, including test planning, test preparation, test executing, and test reporting for enterprise projects.
