As a Front-End Engineer in the Network Programmability Services team, you will :
  • Use your technology acumen to provide input to assist with evaluation of new technologies and contribute to the design, lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership of services.
  • Contribute to research and proof-of-concept initiatives for new technologies and assist with code and design review, as well as write, organize and maintain code based on designs.
  • Deliver high-performance, scalable, repeatable, and secure deliverables. You'll participate in structured construction, automation, debugging, and implementation activities, ensuring architectural and operational requirements and best practices are met.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and disaster recovery activities and participate in functional integration and regression testing and ability to automate test scripts.
  • Resolve frequently encountered technical issues and monitors systems capacity with minimal assistance, and search and understand metadata about various data sources and metrics.

About You:
  • Strong front-end development experience (ideally API development for a product)
  • 3+ years of Javascript experience
  • 3+ years of React experience
  • 3+ years of HTML/CSS experience
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library
  • Experience working on projects facilitating true CI and CD
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies
  • Experience with source control (git)
  • Experience with typescript
  • Experience with webpack
  • Demonstrates familiarity with current and emerging technologies in own scope of responsibility, and develops ability to apply these technologies
  • Problem solver who can tackle complex technical challenges
  • Understand and introduced to current and emerging technologies
  • Interested in new and evolving technologies and explores learning related to these technologies
  • Like collaborating with a team and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn technologies, programming languages and full-stack engineering


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Node.js and React
  • Experience working with GraphQL and RESTful web services
  • Experience working with Golang
