Mortgage Servicing Manager (On Site)
Oversee all daily activities of the Mortgage Servicing Department related to mortgage loans in compliance with credit union policies, procedures and related laws and regulations. Mentor and coach mortgage servicing specialists in providing high quality member service. Primary areas of responsibility include managing foreclosures, loss mitigation and modification activity, resolving sensitive inquiries and complaints, staying up to date on underwriting guidelines, conducting audits, overseeing delinquency reporting and other reports, oversee property taxes and other duties as assigned.
Four-year college preferred or college level of language, math, and reasoning skills plus five years’ experience in a related field with equal responsibilities is acceptable. Formal training should be supplemented with continuing education.
