A role within the Assets Protection (AP) team means being part of a team that deliver a safe and secure culture in every supply chain building, build a culture of awareness and actionable insights to mitigate shortage risks in order to drive sales, improve accuracy and in-stocks through theft prevention and resolution, and lead through crisis events to protect our guest, team and brand.
As a Sr. Business Partner supporting Global Supply Chain & Logistics, you will be a part of a diverse team who put integrity and ethics at the heart of everything they do. You will design, develop and manage expense tools in various systems to support AP initiatives and drive financial accountability while contributing to a safe and secure environment for team members and guests. You will be the subject matter expert for AP GSCL network expense and budgets. You will interact extensively with finance partners and AP GSCL leadership. You will influence and support change management for continuous financial improvement. You will also support AP GSCL resource allocation strategy, leading projects from initiation through delivery. You will determine the approach to the work and be directed based on key objective check-ins.

About you:
- 4 year college degree
- 4+ years of experience in financial modeling or resource allocation
- Experience managing multiple projects and programs concurrently
- Experience leveraging data to tell a story or to improve processes
- Ability to establish and maintain cross-functional working relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Periodic project travel
