As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant & Analyst, you will provide business partnership, expertise, and support to core Talent Acquisition recruitment systems, along with reporting and analytics within Workday Recruiting. This will include strategy, design, and implementation of processes, programs, and policies, along with functionality & consultation as it pertains to recruitment technologies, processes, and best practices. You will focus on maximizing recruiter efficiency and enhancing system functionality, all while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will offer in-house expertise and guidance to broader Talent Acquisition and cross-pyramid partners on Workday Recruiting reporting enabling confidence in self-service. You will act as a representative on enterprise-wide initiatives and strategically advocate for Talent Acquisition with multiple constituents across HR. In addition, you will be responsible for the following:

⦁ Reporting & Analytics: Lead the Workday Recruiting reporting and analytics efforts by consulting with Talent Acquisition leaders and recruiters on optimization needs within the reporting portfolio. Collaborate with Talent analytics partners to develop new approaches to collecting and analyzing data, along with creating additional reports needed to capture additional data from the Workday Recruiting system. Test and validate newly developed reports ensuring it accurately serves the intended need of gaps identified. Lead product-wide recruitment reporting initiatives such as monthly operating reports and other reporting needs across Talent Acquisition. Responsible for ad hoc analysis, preparation, and presentation of insights leveraging existing products, to help answer business partner questions and support their objectives.

⦁ Enterprise HR Staffing Initiatives: Represent Talent Acquisition on enterprise initiatives across total HR impacting teams within Talent Acquisition and partner teams. Provide strategic guidance and subject matter expertise on your functional area capabilities and limitations. You will be responsible for leading projects by planning, facilitating communication, coordination, training, and execution across Talent Acquisition & HR teams and business partners related to enterprise staffing and recruiting.

⦁ Recruitment Project Management: Lead projects that optimize recruitment processes through opportunities for consistency, improvement, and innovation. Support the design and delivery of new processes, delivery of communications, and training for new processes, tools, and policies. Ensure leaders and team members are trained on appropriate utilization of core operations, compliance, and workday recruiting changes, including updates to job aides and other tools and resources, to strengthen the recruiter and candidate experiences. You will offer in-house expertise and guidance to broader Talent Acquisition and core partners based on key system or process insights. Collaborate closely with other HR process teams to establish and deliver common processes.

About You:
⦁ Four-year degree or equivalent experience
⦁ 3-5 years HR experience
⦁ 2+ years of recruiting technology experience with in-depth knowledge of Workday ATS, familiar with CRM's
⦁ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
⦁ Strong organizational and analytical skills
⦁ Ability to effectively communicate analytical findings in written and verbal formats
⦁ Experience rolling out tools/enhancements at scale/globally
⦁ Strong project management and follow-up skills
⦁ Ability to influence without authority and partner with others to deliver results
⦁ Desire and ability to innovate and evolve existing processes/best practices
⦁ Demonstrated collaboration and strong interpersonal skills; must be able to establish credibility with all levels
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
⦁ Work in a virtual team environment - self-motivated & driven
⦁ Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $65,600 to $118,100. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
