Description:
The Landscape Laborer is responsible for taking direction and completing tasks as required to install residential and commercial landscapes. Snow removal positions in the winter.
- Perform tasks as directed by Landscape Foreman
- Communicate and coordinate with Landscape Foreman effectively
- Operate landscape equipment and tools as needed
- Establish a consistent track record of performance and reliability
- Other duties, as required (including snow removal)
Salary:$16 to $20 per hour
Qualifications:
- Landscape experience
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to take instructions and produce results
- Punctual and dependable
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain on feet for long periods of time
- Must be able to stoop, bend, lift, kneel,carry objects for short distances.
- Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions including heat, cold, wind and rain
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs. without difficulty
- Must be able to twist body in motion of shoveling and raking
- Must be able to wheelbarrow up to 200 lbs. at a time
