MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER - ACQUISITION

Work Location: Standard, Hybrid or Work from Home

Position Description

As the Marketing Project Manager for Acquisitions, you will provide coordination and allocation of internal and external/agency resources that directly support all go-to-market efforts for acquisition and lead generation for UCare. This includes partnering with the Art Director, Sr. Digital Specialist and Marketing Managers to manage agency relationships (traditional and digital) and internal creative team assignments. The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Project Leads who support acquisition related to sales enablement, partner plans, and new business (expansion) efforts.

• Recruit, hire, train, coach and develop a highly engaged and high performing Marketing Project Lead team.

• Oversee the coordination of marketing acquisition efforts by planning for concept, production and review of go-to-market and sales enablement assets that support various campaigns for all UCare segments (Medicare, Individual and Family, and Medicaid (State and Public Programs (SPP)).

• Manage creative resources for internal and external/agency teams who will be responsible to write and design digital and web campaigns along with other related tactics.

• Manage Project Leads who are responsible for sales enablement, partner plans and new business (expansion) work.

• Working with internal Marketing Analysts, internal CRM Manager, and external agency data specialists, utilize dashboard reporting to measure campaign performance to help inform changes to campaign tactics, as necessary.

• Manage traditional and digital media performance reporting from agencies and internal Marketing teams to inform Marketing strategies and senior leadership.

• Manage Marketing workflow status, platform, and SaaS. Assign responsibilities to Project Leads within Workfront. This includes training, proofing, reporting and integration.

• Assign responsibilities to Project Leads for weekly status meetings for Marketing-reporting on projects they're responsible for. These would include Marketing and Government Relations materials.

• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, management, communication, or a closely related field. Advanced degree is preferred.

Required Experience

Five years of media or marketing experience. Three years of experience managing go-to-market assets (creative and media). Project management experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and industry standard Project Management software (Workfront).

Preferred Experience

Health care communications experience. Experience working within writing teams. Experience working in a government-regulated industry or other highly regulated industry. Proficiency in Adobe InCopy.
