At our core, our purpose is ingrained in who we are, what we value, and how we work. It's how we care, grow, and win together.

At the heart of one of the world's best loved and most recognizable brands is an impeccable Owned Brand Product Design and Management organization. You will partner internally and externally - with NGOs, Industry Trade Groups, Certification and Standards Bodies, Business Partners, etc - to develop Target's responsible material strategies, best practices, policy recommendations and goals.

You and your team's deep understanding of industry capabilities and Target's product design, development and sourcing practices result in actionable frameworks and approaches supporting our enterprise sustainability strategy. These frameworks and approaches will be tailored to fit product design and packaging at Target.
