You will partner internally and externally - with NGOs, Industry Trade Groups, Certification and Standards Bodies, Business Partners, etc - to develop Target's responsible material strategies, best practices, policy recommendations and goals.

You and your team's deep understanding of industry capabilities and Target's product design, development and sourcing practices result in actionable frameworks and approaches supporting our enterprise sustainability strategy. These frameworks and approaches will be tailored to fit product design and packaging at Target.
