A role in Property Management means the opportunity to maximize the performance and longevity of Target's assets while delivering value, reliability and brand integrity. Leverage and stretch your skills, whether your focus is electrical and plumbing, fire and security, smart buildings, HVAC and refrigeration, waste management and recycling, donations programs, or energy utility expense management. Here, your work will exceed the needs of both Target guests and team members, delivering a holistically positive and pleasing experience, every time they walk through our doors.

As a Senior Program Owner, Asset Management -, you will develop programs and explore and implement new technologies that ensure our HVAC assets reduce downtime, minimize expense, and improve store operations, comfort, and safety. You will build cross functional relationships with internal and external partners that will be critical to achieving quality project execution. Partner and communicate with Lead Program Managers, the Stores organization, Property Management Field Teams, Target Construction, Target Technology teams, and Vendor partners as you define and execute on various program goals and initiatives. You'll define and implement tools and reporting to effectively monitor and measure program outcomes, including operational and financial trends and risks to help Property Management tell others how we create Value, Reliability, and Brand at each of our 1900+ stores. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

About you:
  • 4-year degree, preferably technical, engineering, or project management capacity, or similar equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant project management and/or Property Management experience
  • Ability to manage projects, set timeliness, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to use data and experience to detect trends, conduct root cause analysis, identify solutions and resolve issues
  • Ability to recommend and implement short-term goals and initiatives
  • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to change
  • Strong project management and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in public speaking or making presentations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, can develop strong relationships with team members at all levels throughout the organization
  • Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Adobe, SharePoint)


This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $52,200 to $94,000.00 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
