Sr. Analyst Guest Experience, Ship to Home

Store Operations manages and enhances the informational resources for researching and resolving operational issues, while guiding and communicating with the field team and leaders who use them. A role with the Operations & Guest Experience team means an opportunity to apply your digital and operational experiences to improve the guest experience of Target's fulfillment services. Use your diverse knowledge and experience across supply chain, technology and digital combined with a relentless focus on our guest to drive improvements in our largest fulfillment experience of ship to home. This role will have key accountability for supporting the ship pricing strategy as well as delivery performance and guest experience improvement efforts for all ship to home services.
As Sr. Analyst Guest Experience, Ship to Home you will:
Support analysis and maintenance of the ship suite. Conduct competitive analysis and identify industry trends. Analyze and maintain ship item attributes that have cost or guest experience implications. Responsible for analyzing data to identify the root cause of delivery performance opportunities. Analyze guest sentiment via NPS data and deliver insights to partner teams to improve the guest experience. Conduct analysis and make recommendations to improve delivery quality (damage, lost in transit, undeliverable). Influence key guest experience decisions and drive for experience and performance improvements for ship to home fulfillment services including heavy & bulky delivery (LTL) Support post - order contact reduction efforts through guest insight and operational analysis as well as leading key deliverables Lead development and communication approach for team's monthly recaps Support holiday ship strategy development and operational execution
Requirements
This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.

Requirements
- Four year college degree
- 2-4 years of experience with e-commerce
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, & problem solving skills
- Ability to manage dynamic, fast paced changes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to make complex ideas simple to understand
- Experience with Domo, Adobe and Greenfield
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other MS Applications, including excellent Microsoft Access, excellent Microsoft Excel skills, and Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills
