As a Hi Tech Engineer - US, you serve as technical support specialist to Target end users: providing one-on-one in-person, virtual, and remote support and education for hardware and software.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of technical support to end users daily - rapid resolution of hardware, software, educational, and environmental issues experienced by end users
- Provide preventative maintenance to ensure hardware and software stability
- Fulfill HQ hardware deployment/recovery requests accurately and on-time
- Coordinate and collaborate with partner support teams to drive issue resolution
- Adhere to and advocate for Target's Information Security Policies and Best Practices
- Drive continuous improvement with the development of new standards, best practices, and process improvements
- Provide supervision/work direction to interns
About You
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years relevant technical support experience
- Availability to work at multiple locations
- Maintains technical knowledge within areas of expertise
- Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education
- Proven troubleshooting ability with Android OS, iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Windows 10, and O365
- Strong support-minded focus
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with end users: understand their needs and translate into technology solutions
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Able to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, fast learner, self-starter, and highly passionate and motivated individual
- Ability to multi-task
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Positive attitude
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices
- Experience with Agile methodologies - emphasis on Scrum and/or Scrumban
