The Senior Account Executive, Partner Solutions, Agency Development works with the world's most recognized agencies in the industry. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with a goal of developing a true partnership with your clients. Grow your business to deliver on individual and team revenue growth by building partnerships that drive shopper marketing and national brand advertising revenue for Roundel. Your status as a trusted internal liaison coupled with the acute knowledge of digital media industry challenges will help establish key relationships with decision-makers and navigate complex organization hierarchies to drive revenue.

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Drive strategic partnerships with assigned holding companies, owning the agency relationship at the most senior levels, and collaborating closely with Partner Solutions stakeholders and leadership
  • Develop and execute a customer-led strategy for long-term growth across assigned media agencies; accelerate revenue across endemic accounts
  • Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy, including regular business reviews
  • Develop commercial structures to create incremental opportunities for growth
  • Lead education and enablement of key agency functions
  • Increase product adoption across the Roundel products and services, with particular focus on self-service solutions
  • Act as a thought-leader, consultant, and client advocate to provide solutions that deliver on client needs, empowering internal partner teams of audience, media, and creative experts to bring industry leading solutions that drive meaningful results to clients
  • Client presentations and education
  • Create and own sales strategy for Programmatic by Roundel solution, collaborating with the Self-Service team to drive revenue and exceed goals
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and manage programmatic partner relationships

About you:
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years digital media sales, agency and/or marketing experience; proven track record of revenue growth
  • Extensive knowledge of the digital media environment, trends / technologies, agency business, and programmatic landscape
  • Experience with multiple domain areas of programmatic advertising
  • Ability to successfully engage and negotiate at C-Level within agencies and agency groups
  • Experience managing internal and external relationships; great partner and collaborator with cross-functional team
  • Strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
  • Ability to think strategically, problem solve and identify opportunities
  • Strong, succinct communicator that understands individual audience needs and tailors the message
  • Must be willing to travel as necessary
