A role within Properties Strategy & Operations means being a part of the team that is driving strategy and operational best practice across all Properties teams. As a Lead Program Manager-Stores as Hubs, you will synchronize strategies in the physical environment in stores, supporting senior leaders in creating an operating model to support stores as hubs in the physical environment. You'll use your energy to collaborate across the enterprise to find the right partners and next steps to take big ideas through strategic planning and approval processes. Through use of data and analytics, you will prioritize work and solutions to further Target's guest shopping experience-both in store and digital. You will influence key business partners to lead and drive accountability through CFTs and use storytelling to share the vision and next steps with pyramid leaders.

Primary job responsibilities:
  • Engage, drive and connect projects with our operations partners to deliver best in class store experiences and safe, effective store operations
  • Integrate prioritized projects into Enterprise programs
  • Structure work through existing Operating Cadence meetings
  • Own major milestone visibility for multi projects and programs
  • Identify Support needed on prioritized strategic initiatives
  • Be the communication point of contact with our properties and enterprise partners on Stores as Hubs

About you:
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience in Business, Project Management, GSCL, Operations Design, Real Estate or retail consulting
  • 5+ years of work experience focused on driving projects including enterprise program management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas to an audience of various levels and businesses
  • Enjoys driving high impact, cross-functional programs with senior leaders
  • Ability to influence across all levels, including Sr. Leaders, and utilizing complex information and insights to drive decisions
