CS VENDOR OVERSIGHT LEAD

Work Location: Work from home, in the office or hybrid (in the office 3 or more days per week)

Position Description

This position is responsible for the oversight and management of Customer Service's vendor relationships. You will be accountable for overseeing day-to-day vendor activities; development, implementation and improving processes; strengthening existing and new partnerships; and ensuring an excellent, consistent, and seamless customer experience. Will serve as the primary point of contact for key vendor relationships, including call overflow vendor, delegates, translation services, and others.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, including providing tactical and strategic guidance and work instruction.

• Lead, develop and implement vendor monitoring activities, controls, and governance within Customer Service.

• Oversee ongoing vendor oversight activities including, but not limited to: tracking and reporting of results and key metrics. Gather, analyze, and report to leadership and business on vendor performance.

• Serve as liaison and bridge between vendors and other stakeholders, teams, and departments within UCare.

• Analyze vendor reporting and incidents to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.

• Facilitate regular vendor meetings and checkpoints. Build relationships with key stakeholders and vendors for improved vendor performance.

• Maintain high quality of service to internal and external customers.

• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Required Experience

Two years of relevant experience to include: knowledge and experience of managing delivery of services from vendors. One or more years of leadership experience in call center or operational team.
