As a Director of Loyalty, you'll be a driving force in Target Loyalty by leading the annual plan and activation of Target Circle's loyalty core benefit and engagement strategy -- to deliver a differentiated and rewarding Target experience for each guest, in service of the holistic Target Circle strategy. You will lead a team responsible for determining and delivering the right mix of mass, segmented and personalized content and rewards in support of the engagement strategy. You will showcase your expertise in collaboration and communication by building partnerships across the enterprise and vendor communication to define a new vendor participation model as we transform our loyalty ecosystem and lead the enterprise through a shift to increasingly personalized offers and content. You will partner with Loyalty Operations, PPCOE and Merchandising to establish clear roles and accountability across teams to deliver upon the Circle engagement strategy.In this role, you will be responsible for transforming the Circle savings and offers strategies, annual plan and key core benefit priorities in support of overall loyalty ecosystem strategy. Your team will prioritize measurement stories through partner backlogs in service of both personalization use cases as well as global Circle measurement needs. You will partner with Data Sciences and partner teams to create, track and manage A/B performance tests; recognizing that a great product experience requires the ability to balance between quantitative results with intuition and vision for the long-term guest experience. You will also partner with the team responsible for building Circle measurement priorities against a Loyalty backlog to deliver ongoing reporting to enable continuous iteration across the Circle platform. You will deliver strong and continuously improving sales, margin and nps scores through ongoing iteration against the engagement strategy and plans, which will be possible due to the close connection between engagement strategy and measurement.This role will also highlight your strength in leading a team through establishing a new capability within a highly matrixed organization, while balancing delivering against business needs while also maintaining a high level of focus on the development and culture of the team.   • 8-12 years related work experience; minimum of 4 years specific to Loyalty Marketing
  • Strategic and critical thinking with an ability to generate ideas and connect the ideas of others
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex bodies of work across a variety of content scope at one time
  • Easily connects the dots across multiple inputs including various business opportunities, requests, sources of insight, industry/ guest trends and intuition/ experience.

This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents $119,500-$215,100.
