The AP Support Services team manages a variety of large scale projects across the business, more specifically, those requiring communication, training, workload management and resource allocation needs. Here, you will use your talents and experience to represent Assets Protection in enterprise cross-pyramid initiatives and ensure AP impact is communicated and understood.

As a Sr Business Partner, Asset Protection Support Services - Training and Development, you will:
  • Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs, review individual and organizational learning and development needs, monitor the success of learning and development plans and help employees make the most of available opportunities
  • Serve as a resource to help business teams assess current trainings as well as exploring new opportunities. Support them in working with other stakeholder pyramids to bring those adjustments to light.
  • Championing innovation through tailored content and vehicles whether it's through podcasts, virtual reality, and other new training methodologies.
  • Build relationships and trust with HQ partners and field leaders. Create feedback loops and routines to deepen acumen, and provide recommendations/solutions for business problems
  • Utilize critical thinking, research, analysis, issue framing, benchmarking and collaboration to create project strategies and initiatives.
  • Create and execute project plans, including insightful data, success measures, detailed timelines, creative presentations to influence leaders, and written communication
  • Champion Target's Purpose, Beliefs, and Behaviors across teams and while delivering upon business opportunities
  • While this is an individual contributor role, this role will work across several teams to drive timing and alignment of strategic deliverables.

About you:
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of work experience in an operations environment preferably in retail/stores/AP
  • Strong communication, problem solving and consulting skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills and previous experience in managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build partnerships and drive change with a diverse level audience
  • Experience with creating and implementing effective learning and development programs
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and conflict management skills
  • Proven experience quickly adapting to changing priorities and tasks
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficient
