Senior Engineering Manager

Target Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a full-time Senior Engineering Manager at our offices in Brooklyn Park, MN. This position is responsible for leading an engineering team in an agile environment building key solutions for Target's internal technology operations team. This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience. Must also have 24 months of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) leading development workflow and writing system test scripts; (2) working with software development lifecycle phases from concept and design to testing and deployment; (3) managing overall software development cycle, driving best practices and ensuring development of high-quality code for common assets and framework components; (4) developing innovative software products and web applications in an agile environment; and (5) working with the following tools and technologies: Java, Groovy, Python, Spring, Spock, Junit, GIT, Intellij, Gradle, Wiremock, Docker, Splunk, and Grafana.
