Summary: 
 
The Corporate Applications team supports DRC’s operations through delivery and maintenance of on-premise and SaaS applications to internal users.  The Enterprise Application Administrator leads the implementation, configuration, and overall technical support of these corporate business systems.


Essential Position Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, support, and administer a variety of on-premise and SaaS corporate business applications serving internal users.
  • Ensure application integrations and inter-dependencies are maintained or improved.
  • Identify and implement improvements in application feature use, partnering with business resources to challenge and improve existing processes.
  • Execute short- and long-term projects to provide new features, products, or services to drive usage and organizational value of existing applications.
  • Coordinate application upgrades and any testing, training, documentation, or notifications required.
  • Eliminate manual workarounds, drive better system integrations, and engineer automations for technical or process workflow improvements.
  • Build and maintain documentation for application systems and services.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant application support experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Experience with business requirements gathering, analysis, and translation to system requirements.
  • Familiar with IT infrastructure technology and terminology, including storage, server, & network.
  • Experience with scripting languages and business process automations.
  • Understanding of relational database concepts and an ability to run SQL queries.
  • Experience with contact center telephony or ticketing systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills. 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across multiple projects or activities.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technology, applications, processes, and procedures. 
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant industry-standard technical certifications.
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira, JSM, Confluence, or ServiceNow
  • Experience with Geneys Cloud call center software
  • Experience with HRMS applications such as Ceridian Dayforce or Unanet
  • Experience with CRM applications such as Salesforce or Dynamics
  • Experience vendor management 
  • Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to sit and/or stand for up to 8-hour periods of time.
  • Ability to look at a computer monitor, utilize a keyboard and/or mouse for up to 8 hours per day.
