A role with Target Channel Activation means being close to the action of delivering profitable sales to and bringing the business's multichannel vision to life. You'll create and implement industry-leading digital media plans for Brand & Category Marketing while staying on the cutting edge of emerging digital media innovations. Cultivating an environment of full-team engagement, leadership and personal development, you'll be a champion for open communication and program transparency.

As a Sr. Paid Social Manager you'll define, create, nurture and communicate a framework for activation and optimization across all social platforms (including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter) that drives brand and performance outcomes for the Enterprise. You'll manage multi-million dollar social budgets through planning, reporting and optimization. You'll work closely with media strategy and investment teams to clearly articulate social's role in driving results for brand, category, service and/or guest acquisition and engagement. Identifying opportunities for automation within the toolsets in order to drive scale is critical and will require collaboration with creative, community management, content strategy and marketing product teams. You will leverage your strong analytical skills to manage and consume large amounts of data and synthesize into actionable insights that improve social campaign efficiencies and maximize results for Target. You are expected to keep pace with Social, overall digital marketing trends and privacy & brand safety measures and translate relevant industry developments into enterprise strategies for Target.

About you

• Relevant work experience or academic accomplishments related to Advertising, Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related concepts

• 6-10 years of experience in SEM/Paid Search/Paid Social and/or product feed-based advertising management and execution

• Preferred experience with Paid Social tools that include content management, trafficking, reporting and competitive research (i.e. Opal, Kenshoo, 4C, Pathmatics, Facebook Ads, etc.).

• Proven track record balancing program scale with program efficiencies

• Highly detail oriented with excellent organization skills while managing multiple ongoing projects

• Advanced computer skills, including high-level proficiency in Excel (including, but not limited to, pivot tables and VLookups)

• Detailed knowledge and experience with web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)

• Comfortable navigating through ambiguity with a strong sense of prioritization

This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $85,400k to $153,700k.
