OPERATIONS

Target Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a full-time Director Store Operations at our offices in Minneapolis, MN. This position requires a Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field plus three (3) years of experience in retail, operations, supply chain, and logistics. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering Management, Industrial, or related field plus 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience in in retail, operations, supply chain, and logistics. Must also have 3 years of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) applying retail, operations, supply chain and fulfillment experience to continuously improve the strategies including fulfillment, replenishment and inventory accuracy; (2) identifying synergies, model future retail innovations and build future process roadmaps that leverage AI robotics and automation; (3) leading a team across a wide variety of projects to identify areas for productivity and process improvement through data analysis and modeling; (4) working with engineering design using AutoCAD and 3-dimensional drafting software working with AutoCAD and SketchUp; (5) Lean Sigma and Project management certified with experience in utilizing various engineering optimization methods including Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma; and (6) integrating engineering analysis and modeling services into business problem identification, process design, and problem resolution. Will accept experience gained before, during or after Master's program. Position includes a telecommute benefit within commuting distance to Minneapolis-area Target office, as directed.
