Target Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a full-time Lead Supply Chain Analyst at our offices in Brooklyn Park, MN. The Lead Supply Chain Analyst formulates and applies mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that will assist management with business-critical decision making. This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience. Must also have 12 months of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) leading large scale business initiatives to define long-term strategy and gaining alignment with key leaders on multi-year capital investment plans; (2) using data to provide accurate data analysis, perform root cause analysis, and using visualization techniques to share business insights and recommended improvements; (3) solving large-scale optimization problems using mathematical modeling techniques including linear programming; (4) working with internal stakeholders to understand end-to-end process, identify areas of opportunity, propose solution options, and quantify business benefits; and (5) using SQL, Microsoft Excel, linux/unix shell scripting, R and Python for data analysis.
