Best Buy Co., Inc. has an opening working for and based out of its corporate headquarters as a Director, End User Experiences. Provide oversight and management of teams consisting of engineers, engineering leaders, quality analysts and business analysts to deliver high quality products and experiences on time. Help teams navigate SDLC agile processes such as iteration planning, retrospective and design reviews. Work with architecture groups, engineering leaders and product leaders and understand current architecture and design patterns and collaborate to evolve the technology platform. Effectively manage third-party vendors providing engineering services, to ensure resources deliver contracted outcomes. Recruit, hire, train, manage, engage, develop and provide overall management for a diverse team that delivers high quality outputs and advances Best Buy's culture. Full Requirements: Master's degree or equivalent foreign degree in Business Administration, plus 60 months of experience managing multi-channel and E-commerce services for an international company in the retail industry with a budget of at least $120 million. Experience must include direct people management, implementation of SAP back-end systems, navigating SDLC agile processes, such as iteration planning, retrospective and design reviews, and managing third-party vendors providing technology and/or engineering services.
