PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

Concord USA, Hopkins, MN. Req. Bachelors in project mgmt, communications, business admin., or related discipline, & 5 yrs exp. in software dev or Master's in project mgmt, communications, business admin., or related discipline & 2 yrs. Exp in software dev. Also req. 2 yrs. exp in at least 3 of the following: project mgmt to communicate and deliver enterprise-level projects; developing structure in ambiguous environments & managing conflict with documented success; Designing & developing highly scalable, cloud ready web applications using various web frameworks like .Net Core, Angular, HTML5, c#, css, js; guiding technical & functional resources to deliver projects; developing effective relationships with business, technical staff, & executive mgmt.; developing efficient data processing API services that are cloud compatible by design; integration platforms as well as related architecture and implementation solutions including API-driven design, messaging patterns, and application development best practices; developing front end user interfaces using Angular; managing stakeholders, negotiating scope and clarifying priorities; software development lifecycle, messaging patterns, endpoint security, interfaces with internal and external applications, and database knowledge; driving the full cycle of project development, from requirements to delivery and support; exp w/ various data formats & protocols – REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, HTTP, FTP, AS2, EDI; connecting w/ cloud & on-premise applications & data sources; communicating w/ IT & business people about technology. Position based out of & reports to Concord's HQ in Hopkins, MN, but may be required to travel to & work from unanticipated client sites throughout US. Travel est 10%-50% depending on work req.
