Qualifications:
- Increase guests' understanding and felt-value from Circle through intuitive experience integrations (we add value to things that Target already does) and additive moments (this experience is uniquely Circle). This includes ongoing optimizations, documentation of guest journeys, and analysis of guest insights and feedback.
- Be a trusted partner for experience and product owners across Digital and Stores
- Represent the Marketing POV for product, experience, and design briefing along with our relevant partners.
- Identify and champion ideas where Circle can improve the guest experience and drive increased guest engagement/loyalty. In simple terms, how can we make the guests' experience better and more rewarding because they are a Circle member?
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of related work experience, preferably within loyalty, customer experience, site merchandising, or other related areas of marketing
- Proven track record of driving successful marketing strategy and execution
- Intuition for seeing how guests' touchpoints across Digital and Stores connect and can be optimally aligned
- Ability to engage partners across the organization at the right times to collaboratively solve problems, while keeping them informed, engaged, and involved along the way
- Passionate about bringing ideas to life and continually making them better
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proven ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Curious and enjoys the process of learning
- Experience with data and analytics tools (Adobe, Domo, Excel, etc.)
