As a Senior Creative Project Manager, you'll be a driving force in Target Creative by leading the project management of promotional multi-channel creative elements and experiences from concept through execution. You will be the connector and point of contact for the creative team, production team, marketing partners, and media partners. You will drive project coordination, establish and communicate detailed timing and deliverables by channel/tactic for multiple projects simultaneously, and set clear expectations with partners. You will leverage both problem solving and critical thinking to connect across creative projects, proactively identify risks and roadblocks, integrate and balance big picture with day-to-day work, and ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities throughout the project workflow. The Senior Creative Project Manager will also help create new and optimize existing workflow processes and be a leader in change management, as we move into new capabilities and tools within the promotion team.   • Four year college degree
  • 5-7 years of multi-channeled project management experience in a creative agency (or corporate creative in-house)
  • Experience managing medium to large size multi-million dollar projects
  • Experience in working with media partners for digital, social, video, audio & print creative deliverables
  • Ability to manage and execute complex projects, simultaneously, while each in different stages
  • Strong interpersonal, partnership, and collaboration skills used to solve problems and drive decisions
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills, initiative and accountability
  • Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, flexibility and changes
This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents L5- $65,600-$118,100.
