As a Senior Engineer, you serve as a specialist in the engineering team that supports the product. You constantly demonstrate the depth of your expertise by solving engineering problems. You are passionate about the quality of maintenance and balance between completing scheduled work on time while maintaining power and cooling uptime to the raised floor. You can handle operational issues with no oversight. You actively engage in vendor management to ensure quality and functional accuracy is maintained across the team and our vendor partners.

Use your technical acumen to provide input to assist with evaluation of new technologies and contribute to the design, lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership of equipment and services. Resolve frequently encountered technical issues and monitors systems capacity with minimal assistance. Adhere to change and incident management standards and expectations. Schedule, coordinate, and oversee overnight power installation work. Respond to overnight break/fix incidents and perform move/add/change work as needed. Manages communication with enterprise partners during overnight maintenance windows. Contribute to research and proof-of-concept initiatives for new equipment and technologies.

About you:

· 4 year degree or equivalent experience

· 5+ years of critical MEP system operations and maintenance experience

· Electrical License(s) preferred

· Ability to alter schedule to accommodate maintenance or shift coverage

· Demonstrates strong proficiency in core development platforms within own domain

· Builds strong commitment within the team to support the appropriate team priorities

· Demonstrates a solid understanding of the impact of own work on the team and/or guests

· Influences and applies data standards, policies, and procedures

· Maintains technical knowledge within areas of expertise

· Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education
