About the Job:

As a Senior Solutions Consultant on our Business Health product team, you will be responsible for the implementation of large-scale reporting and analysis as well as foundational data sets for business units across Roundel.

You'll take the lead as you:

• Assess partner needs and work with the Product Owner to convert business requirements into a product roadmap
• Analyze technical issues, identifying data needs and corresponding delivery mechanisms
• Implement data structures using best practices in data modeling, SQL, and other database technologies
• Develop reporting that can be deployed quickly and in an automated fashion

About you:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience working on data governance and data quality management concepts
• Deep technical knowledge and experience with database technologies (SQL Server, etc.)
• Experience designing various data models to ensure scalability and performance of data usage
• Constant learner who enjoys working with highly collaborative teams
• Interest in designing data visualizations
• Demonstrate ability to explore and quickly grasp new technologies to progress varied initiatives

This position has been approved for a Full-Time Remote Work Arrangement. Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $65,600-$118,100 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
