You will manage Master Specifications for New Stores, Remodels and Small Format Stores; developing solutions, researching new products and contribute to Sustainability initiatives. You will also lead and support internal and external partners to resolve code compliance issues, ongoing building maintenance, repair and replacement projects, and develop design criteria for use by Target's design consultant partners. You will also make recommendations and presentations with peers and senior leadership across the company.
